General Sales Conditions

Purchase Conditions – The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. accepts the following payment methods: Bank transfer and credit and debit cards: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Aurora. We also accept payments made through the PAYPAL system.

– The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. cannot be held responsible for breach of contract in case of stock exhaustion or product unavailability. If for any of these reasons the order cannot be delivered, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded.

– All prices include VAT. If you are registered as an Intra-Community Operator and wish to be invoiced without VAT, please contact us (you can check if your company has a valid VAT number at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=en).

– The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is currently available for sales made in SPAIN (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and in various countries within the European Union. To deliver to another destination, please contact us for information on conditions and shipping costs.

Sales Conditions – ORDUÑA 1755 may modify its selling prices at any time and without prior notice depending on economic conditions and production costs.

– Delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for receipt of delivery.

– Immediately after receipt, the merchandise must be checked for transport damage by the carrier company. The customer must obtain written confirmation in case of damage during transport and must report it to that company.

Return Conditions – In case a return is due to sending an item different in nature or quantity from what was ordered, ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. will cover shipping and return costs as long as the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 business days from receipt of shipment, offering a replacement with the originally ordered item or a refund if replacement is not possible due to lack of stock. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.

– In case of withdrawal from the contract by the customer or changes for reasons unrelated to ORDUÑA 1755 S.L., returns will be accepted if the product is sent back in perfect condition with its original packaging; any defect in the return will result in non-acceptance of the return and denial of refund. In any case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

– The maximum period for returning a product is set at fifteen days from receipt.

Disputes and Responsibilities – ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is not responsible for non-compliance with these conditions in cases of force majeure or due to fault on part of the customer or an unforeseeable event caused by a third party outside the contract.

– ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from improper use of products sold in the Store. In case of material failure, our liability is limited to its value. It is the responsibility of professionals or end users to carry out necessary preliminary tests to determine the suitability of materials for their particular application.
