Protection of Hosted Information

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include content recovery from backups when data loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a recovery fee may apply, subject to user acceptance.
Recovery of deleted data is only included in the service price when the data loss is caused by ORDUÑA 1755, S.L.

In application of the LSSI, ORDUÑA 1755, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic means without prior request or express authorization by recipients.
In the case of users with a prior contractual relationship, ORDUÑA 1755, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer.
