Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and after verification of their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount. You must return or deliver the products to mantenimiento-predictivo at C/PLAMITER 6, 46117 BETERA (VALENCIA), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order or return any product from your order. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the products before the expiry of that period. The customer will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods; therefore, in this case, the customer will receive the value of the goods in the condition in which they are received. The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, understood as the postal shipping costs thereof.  

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are:

• Products that, for hygienic or health reasons, cannot be returned once they have been unsealed and/or joined to other goods in an indivisible manner
• Perishable products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Products made specifically for the user, customised according to their specifications

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase and return the products (bearing the shipping costs), provided that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, it is not one of the following cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply:

• Goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
