Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products made through the website www.tejidosignifugos.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Orduña 1755, S.L. (hereinafter, “THE OWNER”), with Tax ID No. B97294102 and registered office at Calle Regaliciar 1, Polígono Industrial Moncada 2, Postcode 46116, Moncada (Valencia), Spain.
Access to, reproduction and use of the Website’s services require prior acceptance of the Terms of Use in force at any given time; THE OWNER reserves the right to amend said Terms whenever it deems appropriate by publishing the new text on the Website.
It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of the Terms of Use before accessing the Website’s products and services; if you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Website.
OWNERSHIP
The Website is a work made up of various integrated and inseparable elements (text, illustrations, photographs, animated images, videos, computer programs, including the website’s HTML code, etc.), the Intellectual Property of which belongs to THE OWNER, except for those materials obtained under licence from third parties.
THE OWNER and its licensors retain at all times the Intellectual Property rights to the Website and to the various elements that comprise it, considered individually, in all copies made (regardless of the medium in which they are incorporated), granting only the rights of use described below. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
In addition to the above, THE OWNER is responsible for the selection, structural design and arrangement of the Website’s contents, and is the party that has taken the initiative and assumed the risk of making the substantial investments aimed at obtaining, digitising and presenting it. Accordingly, it is entitled to the protection that Article 12 and Title VIII of Book II of the Intellectual Property Law may grant to the website, considered as a database.
THE OWNER is also the sole owner of the Website’s design and graphic image, reserving the relevant legal actions that may correspond to it against persons who make imitations or unfair uses thereof.
WEBSITE CONTENT AND DOWNLOADS. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES.
Permitted:
- Browsing the Website, i.e., accessing and viewing it on a device, with any temporary or incidental reproduction being authorised, provided that it is not voluntary and forms an integral and essential part of the technological transmission process. Browsing certain sections of the Website requires prior registration.
- To benefit (upon prior registration) from the services and advantages provided by THE OWNER to its users through the Website, under the conditions expressly set out in the various sections.
Strictly prohibited:

LINKS TO THE WEBSITE
The establishment of links and hyperlinks to the Website from other pages or websites is authorised, provided that they are not created in a way that harms the public and brand image of THE OWNER, the Website, or any of the persons and products referred to therein. When establishing links to the Website, the use of techniques that create confusion about the identity and ownership of the contents, such as framing or others, is expressly prohibited.
The establishment of links from pages or websites whose contents promote or advocate, directly or indirectly, any type of violence, discrimination, pornography or illegal activity is prohibited.
Likewise, the establishment of links for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
When creating links, the use of elements taken from the Website without the prior and express consent of THE OWNER is expressly prohibited.

CONTENT AND USER CONDUCT
As a customer or user of the Website, you undertake to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through it and not to use them to:
- Engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
- Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic nature, that advocates terrorism, or that violates human rights.

THE OWNER shall have full discretion to decide whether collaborations and messages are ultimately published on the Website or not, and is entitled to remove them whenever it deems appropriate.
Breach of any of the rules contained in these Terms of Use and, in particular, of the provisions of this clause, shall entitle THE OWNER to immediately deregister you as a user or subscriber of the Website.

WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following reason:.
– Goods or products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
– Products that may expire quickly.
– Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and that may be unsealed after delivery.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
To request a product exchange, the customer must contact Customer Service within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order or to return any product from your order after receiving the order.
In the case of returns, shipping and collection costs shall be borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If the product to be exchanged has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the new product has a lower price than the one previously purchased, the difference will not be refunded in cash; instead, it will be issued as a gift voucher to be used on your next purchase.
To process any type of return or exchange for products purchased at www.tejidosignifugos.com, the customer must contact our Customer Service department.
The customer must provide the order number and we will explain all the steps to follow. Please also note that we will not accept exchanges or returns that have not been previously notified through the indicated channels.
