In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with this refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouses and after checking its condition, the refund will be processed. You must return or deliver the products to predictive maintenance at C/PLAMITER 6, 46117 BETERA (VALENCIA), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order or return any product from your order. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the products before this deadline has expired. The customer will be responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning. Therefore, in this case, the customer will receive the value of the goods in the condition they were received. The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including the postal shipping costs.  

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are:

• Products that, for hygiene or health reasons, cannot be returned once they have been unsealed and/or inseparably joined to other goods.
• Perishable products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Products specifically made for the user, personalized according to their specifications.
