ORDUÑA 1755 SL, responding to a repeated demand over many years from friends of the “devil squads” (ball de diables) or “correfocs,” has decided to launch this new CORREFOCS collection. It consists of a cotton canvas in 6 colors and a liquid flame retardant product.
As a result of experience and exchange of impressions with several collas from Tarragona and the Valencia Federation, we have opted for a very heavy 100% cotton canvas of 450 g/m², with an initial offering of 6 colors: NATURAL, YELLOW, GREEN, ORANGE, RED, and BLACK. And the possibility of dyeing any color according to the requested sample.
We have also incorporated a liquid flame retardant product that is very easy to apply, NOFLAM MSG. It is available in 5 and 25 liter containers. The steps are:
1) Depending on the fabric, we will dilute the product. For 100% cotton, it is sufficient to mix it with the same amount of water, 1:1 ratio.
2) Immerse (do not spray) the garment in the bath, wring out, and let dry. Tumble drying is recommended.
This application is effective until the garment is washed, requiring a new application of the product to maintain maximum fire resistance.
