Purchase Terms
– ORDUÑA 1755 S.L.’s online store accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer, and credit and debit cards: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Aurora.
We also accept payments made via the PayPal system.
– ORDUÑA 1755 S.L.’s online store cannot be held responsible for non-fulfillment of the contract in the event of out-of-stock items or product unavailability. If an order cannot be fulfilled for these reasons, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
– All prices include VAT.
If you are registered as an Intra-Community Operator and wish to receive an invoice excluding VAT, please contact us.

– The online store of ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is currently available for sales within SPAIN (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and various countries of the European Union. For deliveries to other destinations, please contact us, and we will inform you of the shipping terms and costs.
Sales Conditions
– ORDUÑA 1755 reserves the right to modify its sales prices at any time and without prior notice, based on economic conditions and production costs.
– Delivery is considered complete once the product is handed over to the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt.
– Upon receipt, goods must be checked immediately for any transport damage. The customer must always obtain written confirmation of such damage from the carrier and report it to them.
Return Policy
– If a return is due to receiving an incorrect item (in type or quantity) compared to what was ordered, ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. will cover the shipping and return costs, provided the customer notifies the company within 7 working days of receiving the shipment. The customer will be offered a replacement with the correct item, or a refund if replacement is not possible due to lack of stock.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by the customer.
– In cases where the customer withdraws from the contract or requests an exchange for reasons not attributable to ORDUÑA 1755 S.L., the return will be accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any defects in the returned item may result in refusal of the return and denial of refund. In all such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– The maximum return period is fifteen days from the date of receipt.
Disputes and Liabilities
– ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is not liable for the non-performance of these conditions in cases of force majeure, customer fault, or unforeseeable acts by third parties not involved in the contract.
– ORDUÑA 1755 S.L. is not responsible for the consequences of inappropriate use of the products sold in the store.
In the event of material failure, our liability is limited to the value of the item. It is the responsibility of the professional or end user to carry out prior testing to determine the suitability of the product for the intended application.
